  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
  • Lost or Damaged Goods: Boutique Biscotti is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please contact the shipping carrier for claims.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

  • No Returns: We do not accept returns.
  • Refund Policy: If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds may be issued at our discretion.
